The West Towson Neighborhood Association is excited to announce the winner of this year's Holiday Decorating Contest. The house adorned with beautifully decorated hedges has been voted Best Overall by community members. Its stunning display of twinkling lights along it’s hedges and a stunning pine won over our voters.
